Terms of Service

1. Service description

Pocket Exporter allows an authorized user of an issue-management application to export a selected issue list or a completed AI work result to a new spreadsheet owned by the Google account the user authorizes.

Pocket Exporter does not provide a Google account and is not a general Google Drive file-management or backup service.

2. Acceptable use and user responsibilities

• Users must authorize a Google account they are legally permitted to use.
• Users may request exports only within the account and role permissions granted by Pocket Exporter.
• Users must not access another person's account or data without authorization or bypass security controls.
• Users must not submit excessive automated requests, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• The file owner is responsible for subsequent sharing, retention, deletion, and use of generated spreadsheets.

3. OAuth permissions

The service requires user consent for the Google Sheets spreadsheets scope and Google Drive drive.file scope. A user can refuse consent or revoke access at any time in Google Account settings. A new export cannot be completed after the required permissions are refused or revoked.

The service does not request or store a long-lived refresh token.

4. Google services and third-party terms

OAuth authorization, spreadsheet creation, and app-created file management depend on APIs and infrastructure provided by Google. Google's applicable terms, API policies, privacy policy, and usage limits apply separately.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of a Google service outage, account restriction, policy change, or API quota.

5. Service changes and availability

The operator may change or temporarily suspend the service for security, legal compliance, Google policy, incident response, or feature improvement. A material change to the data-processing purpose or requested scopes will be reflected in the relevant policy documents.

6. Rights

Rights in the service software, interface, and documents belong to the operator or their lawful owners. Rights in source data selected by the user and the generated spreadsheet remain subject to the existing rights in that data.

7. Limitation of liability

The operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the service's security and reliability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for losses caused by circumstances outside the operator's control, including network or Google API outages, incorrect user permission settings, or user-managed sharing and deletion of files.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer or privacy rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

8. Changes to these Terms

Changes to these Terms and their new effective date will be posted on this page. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown.
